At Vim, we believe fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our mission is to create a space where every client feels supported, empowered, and seen—whether you’re stepping into a Pilates class for the first time, returning from injury, or striving for new strength and energy.

We specialise in Reformer Pilates and personal training, delivered in small group sessions so you never feel lost in the crowd. With just 6 beds in our studio, every class feels personal—because it is. Our experienced instructors take the time to get to know you, adjust to your level, and help you move with purpose and confidence.
